Playing their third game in less than a week, Moyes will be compelled to make changes to West Ham's starting XI. Michail Antonio, Jarrod Bowen and Said Benrahma and are all poised to start for the Hammers upfront, while Vladimir Coufal is expected to feature in a right-back role. Left-back Arthur Masuaku has been ruled out owing to injury.

For the Toffees, Carlo Ancelotti will still be without the services of his key playmaker James Rodriguez who has been absent with a long-term injury since December 5th. Everton go into Friday's home clash also without  left-back Lucas Digne, and midfielders Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Fabian Delph. Doubts about fitness of forward Richarlison and midfielder Allan still persist.

Everton vs West Ham Verdict

After a fine run of games to begin the season with, the Hammers have fallen into a bad patch drawing three and losing one from their last four although they showed signs of revival in their 0-0 outing away in Southampton a couple of nights back. The Hammers attack could find it challenging to breach a Everton defense that has conceded only once from their four back-to-back wins and that too from the penalty spot.

Everton have won three of the last four encounters between the two and drawn one and the last time they met was in a EFL Cup clash in September 30th when the Toffees triumphed 4-1. So, Ancelotti's men are the clear favorites to take 3 points from Friday evening's game at Goodison Park. But the Hammers could have troughed out form-wise and have the capability to surprise.
