We will be monitoring Oddschecker.com throughout the Top Price Period to make sure that we won't be beaten on price in the Event Markets. For these purposes, we will be comparing prices offered online by: Bet365; Paddy Power; BetVictor; SkyBet; Ladbrokes; and Coral; and Retail prices offered by: Ladbrokes; Coral; and Betfred.

We will only be matching prices against the prices offered by those other bookmakers to their existing customers in their equivalent markets, meaning that we will not be obliged to match our prices with any of our competitors' promotional prices, special offers, enhanced prices and/or new customer offers.

We will also not be required to match any industry top price if that price is greater than the ‘lay’ price on that selection on any betting exchange. For example, if the industry top price was 6/4 (2.5) and on the Betfair exchange (www.betfair.com) the ‘lay’ price (highlighted in pink) was 2.44, we would not be obliged to offer the 6/4.

If, at any time during the Top Price Period, we notice that any of those other bookmakers is displaying a better price on any of the Event Markets, we will adjust our price immediately to match it or improve it.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice, but any amendment or withdrawal will not affect any bets you may have placed before the amendment or withdrawal of this offer.
